Meet Monica

Monica Whitmer began riding at four years old and has spent her life learning from, working with, and teaching horses and riders. Her approach goes beyond quick results. She teaches riders to become balanced, thoughtful, and capable while helping horses build confidence and understanding.

Over the years, Monica has guided students from their very first lesson through advanced riding and competition. Her depth of knowledge, direct teaching style, and commitment to doing things correctly have made Sweetwater Ranch a trusted home for generations of riders.
